Global Impact Highlighted as Model for Disaster Response

Leading business management research and analysis group The Conference Board recently highlighted Global Impact in its research report titled "Corporate Responses to Humanitarian Disasters: The Mutual Benefits of Private-Humanitarian Cooperation."

Prominently featured in the report is a case study recounting Global Impact's experiences in convening leaders from both the public and private sectors to maximize the resources available to rebuild shattered communities and lives following a crisis.

The case study specifically focuses on two strategic alliances—the Central America and Mexico Hurricane Relief Fund and the U.S.-Lebanon Partnership Fund—which married Global Impact's expertise as a trusted fundraising and administrative partner with the resources of a number of prestigious corporate partners including Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Intel, Occidental Petroleum, John Deere & Co. and PepsiCo.
