Global Impact is a not-for-profit organization representing 55 U.S.-based international charities, including CARE, Children International, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières, International Rescue Committee, Save the Children and UNICEF. Global Impact works effectively and efficiently to support humanitarian relief and development programs that touch 400 million lives affected by poverty, disaster and neglect each year.

Global Impact charities get results by providing the tools for people to help themselves.

Global Impact was established in 1956 and has grown over the years to become the nation's recognized leader in raising awareness and funds at the workplace for its member charities. It provides a trustworthy, effective and efficient organization through which Americans can direct their charitable contributions where there is the greatest need. In addition to more than 50 years of participating in workplace giving campaigns across the nation, Global Impact also manages two of the world's largest  workplace giving programs—the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area (CFCNCA) and the Combined Federal Campaign–Overseas (CFC–O).
