Global Impact-Managed Campaigns Awarded for Innovation and Leadership

Alexandria, VA (June 25, 2010) -- The Center for Nonprofit Advancement selected Global Impact as the 2010 Honorable Mention recipient of The Washington Post Award for Excellence in Nonprofit Management.  Global Impact, a leader in international philanthropy, raised $131.9 million in 2009 from 300,000 donors serving more than 18,000 charities benefiting millions of people throughout the world.  As Honorable Mention recipient, Global Impact will receive a $2,500 grant.

Global Impact was recently chosen to be among this year’s GiveSpot “Top 100 Highly Rated Charities” for its sound financial management and its commitment to financial integrity. The annual list helps the general public evaluate the best national and global non-profits and charitable organizations.
