Mark A. Oliphant

Mark A. Oliphant is the Chief Information and Operating Officer of Global Impact, where he leads technology initiatives and operations. Mr. Oliphant joined the organization in 2009 and holds direct responsibility for technology, operations, business processes and project management. Notably, Mr. Oliphant led the effort to increase donor participation and reduce expenses through electronic giving.

Prior to joining Global Impact, Mr. Oliphant had a 14-year career at Fannie Mae. Previously, Mr. Oliphant worked at GE Aerospace.

In addition to his professional duties, Mr. Oliphant has served on several boards and has three patents to his name. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Bucknell University and an MS in Systems Engineering from George Mason University.
