Global Impact has been working with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for several months to clarify and reconcile differences of opinion regarding expenditures made on behalf of the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area (CFCNCA). Since the organization began managing the CFCNCA, Global Impact followed OPM’s published guidelines and its accounting practices and expenditures have been found to be in compliance every year by independent auditors and by the Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC). The LFCC is the group of federal workers who volunteer and have regulatory responsibility assigned by OPM to oversee campaign management.
