Global Impact's staff brings to the organization diverse experience from both private and public sectors, including corporate and nonprofit management and international community development.

Staff members support the functions of operations, membership, development, marketing, communications and technology.

The dedicated leadership at Global Impact is led by President & CEO Renée S. Acosta.

Renée S. Acosta serves as president and CEO of Global Impact. Ms. Acosta oversees policy development and implementation, fundraising and management for Global Impact.

In addition, Global Impact was selected to manage the two largest federal workplace giving campaigns—the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area (CFCNCA) and the Combined Federal Campaign–Overseas (CFC–O) for the Department of Defense. In that capacity, Ms. Acosta is responsible for the management of the CFC-O for the Central, European, Pacific and Southern Commands. Longer Bio
